Maybe..Would be easyer if you had 43+ Prayer.
Also, 59 Mage would help
No, I don't think so. Killing them would be too slow for you so you'll run out of prayer potions very fast. Kill them with mage, much better, much faster. :)
I did it with mage, 409, nearly run out of hp but Mr.Kyllee helped me thorugh the tunnel.
My level 109 and 97 mates said when your level 88 at the minimun you can do it

Ahrim lowers strength, so you'll be there a long time meleeing them...
You need 59 magic and 43 prayer, that's all you need for barrows really, you could, in theory, do it with 10hp and 0 defence, as long as you kept protect from melee on while in the tunnels (although this would use a lot of p pots)

I dont care what everyone else is saying but I think you can do it, at lvl 65 I was owning with range and mage (67 range, 62 mage) I had to bring pray pots but it's easily done =)
