To use imageshack.us:
take the screenie
save it on paint
go 2 imageshack and browse for it
then go 2 upload
then highlight the writing on the left of "direct link to image"
and go 2 the mountain pic (same place where the font is when writing a post)
and press ctrl + v and then press ok
and then its there!

Now give us a screenie
