A New Generation Of Stacking {Read}

Ok, myself and a very reliable friend of mine were just messing around stacking a few things, when we discovered a brand new way of stacking, hatches inside sofas, mats under nordics and or hc sofas or any 2-3 squared object, basically it is now also possible to flat stack on petals. e.g for casinos like tricky places in the corners are now able to stack, take a look t the image below..

i think the rooms caleld <Er> Hatch In Sofa but the rooms looked :(

You could put stuff on nordics ages ago, u just used petals :) But the other stuffs cool

the tuturiol on how to do this was on vodors forum a couple of motnhs ago i think its you put 2 hatches down open em both rtate 1 put down a rug put both hatches on same spott on rug to stack to hatches then u can take 1 off and put a z shelf or a chair or w.e instead fo a hatch sumit liek that neway

Well Done, now post a tut..

Very easy to do
Its not new
Its been around for a very long time.

It very simple

For the hatches you do the following.

1. Place down the hatches you want to use.

2. Then place down a rug of some sort.

3. Place the hatches on the rug and open up the hatches.

4. (If you want 2 hatces on same square) Place both open hatches in the same place. Rotate one so it creates a + shape.

5. Place whatever you likc inside the hatches (Hatches must be open)

6. (If you want to stick a sofa insides 2 side by side hatches) Place the two hatches side by side on the rug.

7. make sure they are open and then place the sofa inside them.

Nordic ontop of mats

1. Place down mats and nordic and whatever you want ontop of the nordic.

2. Place down the rug

3. Place the mats ontop of the rug next to one another.

4. Place the nordic ontop of the mats

5. remove the rug

6. place the furni you want ontop of the nordic


Please keep in mind. I wrote this from memory. If it is slightly wrong i appologise. I may just make a picture tutorial in a moment :)

You can sit on the seat when they in hatches and stuff yea.

You don't necessarily need petals to do this :P The only you thing you need is a rug fresh from the hand and you put furni that was already in the room on the rug on the same squares. :P But nonetheless, good find for those who didn't know before :)

so you can close the hatches too?

If i sounded full of myself in the tut i didnt mean to. Im not full of meself lolz I just very tired and ill at mo xD.

I like having 1 hatch inside a hatch with one open and one closed. both hatches in the same position (Not one rotated)

It looks kwl xD

Well ive seen it In one room but ive never been able to do it. So maybe it was once possible many moons ago but ive tired so many different ways and i can't seem to find out how.

There been a quick tut posted. But apparently its not worked for people so maybe a few changes been made due to V9 update


Ill have a try soon guys see if its any different and post an image Tut later

This isnt really "new" founded this out when Rollers first came out but yeah.

I am sure I have seen this before, where similarly you can put a roller on a petal and so on, anything that cannot have an item in or ontop of them.

I had 2 logde gates stacked on eachother and closed 1 and had 1 opened it was cool ;]

Bear rugs only worked for me.

oOo Im still trying to work out how to stack gates lol. maybe not possible anymore.

Um You gotta do that awful thing coz of v9 now.

Place down rug after u put hatches down.
Place hatches ontop of rug (Open)
Click rug and place it in same position (Due to V9)
Thren place what you want in the hatches.

Very simple to do.
