It matters because it's unproffesional. The new hotel manager has the power to remove unused names so could get a better and more proffesional name than she has. It's like Norman being called l\l0R/\/\A/\/ (i know you can't get /'s). It's just unproffesional.
Is Norman on his way out perhaps ?
