What did you use to create it?

Photoshop cs took me about 3 hours a lot was done pixel by pixel the borders of the content boxes were.

Quite a good pixel layout, maybe a free template (not meaning to offend)

Nice layout, I really like it. I think it would be ideal for a graphics/art site. I love pixel layouts.
