Right. You can read the updates on runescape.com. But a main one is the new minigame 'Pest Control' you can read about it on the official site, or find Mickey. He has a good description on it.
Also. The rune essence mining has changed, to stop macro-ers. I dont know much about that either.

And the new game pest control, it used to give like 5k in money and loads of free xp, But not you get like 500gp and 500 free xp in any combat skill.
I still think its a good game.
