Got 100 combat, I also raised strenght to 82 and got one prayer lvl up but I forgot to screenie.

Thanks man. I got the lighthouse and went downstairs they're is a door with runes on it.. how i get through & is that the right way?:8

That is the right way, you need to do horror from the deep first.

The east side of the door, if it doesnt open then you havent done Horror From The Deep quest.
