buy 3k of rune arrows to get my range to 70 from 60 or 1.2m worth of iron throwing knifes?

If you only want it to 70 ten only buy about 5k iron arrows or knifes, no point wasting so much money and you wont use hardly any.

would 1k of rune arrows do it to 70 from 60?

Why waste so much on rune when Iron or steel are cheeper and do the job?

You should go to King Lanthas training camp, theres loads of caged ogres, you need to do Plauge City -> then Biohazard to be granted access but its maybe xp :)
