Selling Summer Habbo Layout

hey im selling this layout i would like around £1.50 - £2.00 for it as i dont know how much it is worth i bought it nearly 6 months and nows the time to sell here it is

Nice but on the do not rip, just put some text everywhere. makes it look cleaner.
