Maybe you entered a competition and came runner up.

I have not read all posts so i will just reply, i think you did that questionair about life.
If you don't know where they're from, I'd strongly suggest you do not spend them - instead I would email into Habbo and ask where they are from etc, because if they were bought from a stolen credit card there's a chance you could get a perm ban for credit card fraud.
As heather said, email habbo, they will be morons if you werent meant to get them and you spend them.
Be on the safe side, likelyhood is they will take them away but better than being banned.
