Small guide to POH and construction
Ok heres a little bit of help with the new skill and update.
1. Before you even run around like crazy screaming..this skill is not easy :).
2. Get about 30k out, hammer, pickaxe, hatchet and teleport runes (laws, airs, waters, fire runes and earth runes)
3. Go to one of the housing agents and buy a house (1k). There is one in varrock and a few others around the world but varrock will be most helpful as its near other stuff you need to do in a sec.
4. Go out of varrock through the east gate and go north until you see a huge crowd of people. Chop some normal logs and give them to the NPC there. Then right click and buy planks. Right click normal logs and buy all.
5. Trade the NPC and buy a saw and 10 cloths. (NPC name is Sawmill operator).
6. Mine about 4 copper and 4 tin
7. Make the 4 bronze bars
8. Make bronze nails at an anvil using the 4 bronze bars
9. Mine some clay.
10. Use water with the clay.
11. Use the level 40 teleport and teleport to your house
12. Put build mode on (using rs options)
13. Build the 3 chairs in the room. Youll break a few nails but dont worry.
14. Make the curtain near the door.
15. Make the fire place..
