Andrei Schevchenko (ac milan) has joined Chelsea for a £24.5 million fee, Chelsea claimed they would of spent £35 million to secure him. Andrei has scored 19 goals in 27 "Serie A" games and 9 goals in 11 "Champions League" games this season. Overall he has scored 127 league goals for AC Milan in 208 league games. He has also managed 28 goals and 63 caps for his country Ukraine.
No he hasn't. Shevchenko has though.
Also if Shev gets injured at the World Cup AC Milan have to give Chelsea 6million back [Clause]
