Well.... www.freeservers.com does HTML and free layouts (better than the freewebs ones) so you could use that.

ahh no your wrong, lol on freeweb's you get the CHOICE to have a simple account or advance if you have and advance all it give's you is blank page's were you enter what you want html, ect..

i meant by to make good website's you need java or somthing (poll's,counter's ect..)
