ye, its like 1 in 999999999999999999999999999999999 chance or sumthin stupid like that, that there will be a complication, let alone a serious one.
these doctors have done operations for most of their life, they know wot they doin, so dont worry bout it.
I've had surgery atleast once every 2 years, Don't worry.
