I have asked some mates on msnm and they said it wont look as blue if I do the text in white.
this is plain but i like it 7/10 but add some more :-)

Thanks for offering, I can code and slice, but I want it in expandable tables, when I do it, the boxes on the left hand side mess up.

I see what you mean, becuase it pulls the cell down, i usually delete the cell and remake froms scratch inserting by hand
