Well, what i did when i made my hosting was put on there the first 10 members get 1 year free hosting... People will swarm to the site.

Looks alright but it needs a layout.

How it is don't look right... people wont get hosting from you, you need to look proffestional

Maybe try and not write in bold in the important bits because when you write it like that people might think your desperate to sell and get money.
