Its not always just a dragonstone, theres quite a few things you may get with it. Some of them are 1-3 rune bars, 100 coal, 150 iron ore. Other things aswell.
i had one. but i dropped it because i was a noob at the time. its the pirate random event that gives you them?
It's several random events...probably all the general randoms...(not counting the specialist like mime, leo, freaky forester etc)
