So my head of year and next teacher made a tuckshop selling drinks for like 35p or 40p making others loose profit.. and business
No, but I used to sell 'Toxic Wastes' for like 20p each in year 7 =']

Ours is going to be a technology college, so we promote computers that flip-up from the table.Quote:

You'd get like expelled if you did this at mine (ciggies).
err no dats wot the canteen iz 4.
Nope, not allowed.
I had my own little shop selling these lolly pops and made around £2 a day until i got caught and got a formal detenion (wow! lol) then on another occasion, i sold jawbreakers which were 20p for 5. But i sold 2 for £1. I got caught again and got another formal detenion (lol!) and made to pay the money back but i never did as i didnt force those people to buy the sweets, they couldnt be bothered to go to the shop and buy things for themself so i went past a shop everyday after school and bought sweets.
I was told, a pupil selling anything within school is not allowed and against the rules. I check the rules and there is nothing that says i cant do it.
A bit off topic but my friend, at one point was selling o2 genie sims LMAO. He sold loads and made loads of money and didnt get caught.
Most of the kids steal stuff over lunch time, and come back and sell them afterschool and during lessons.
Some kids selling ciggies too, if they get caught smoking or selling them they are told to move and the teacher stands there. Really not going to stop them.
My mates are dumb if there desperate they end up paying around 3 pound for 1 :OQuote:

DAMMIT! FOR SOME REASON THIS IS THE 6th DAMN TRY TO POST SOMETHING IN THIS THREAD!
_______
Ok, well what I was trying to post for the last damn 6th times is this;
No, not even the school itself can sell stuff that isn't with the MUHSD food service. We can only have 4 food fundraisers thats called "Food fair" where clubs make and sell their food to the students during lunch to make money. And when it comes to fundraising with clubs/sports/classes we can only sell healthy stuff and sell it during break and before/after school.
1. What did it say on the detention and what dd your parents say (lmao)Quote:

Oh people do that as well, they order free o2 Sims on their site and sell about £5 each lol
My parents just laughed and an 02 genie sim, is i think, a sim card where you top up £10 or something and you get a certain amount of minutes and texts a month.Quote:

not supposed to, but people do.
You should see the huge profit people in our school make from selling chewing gum, sweets and drink.
Rofl Freddo's are old skoooool.
Yeah, This dude makes about £25 aday.
Well, now they do since the Jamie oliver thing has taken into effect. They sell them in loos. People bang on the loo doors whilst ur peeing and offer you so galaxy or something for like 80p!
I don't think anyone's tried at my school. They probably won't allow anyway.
Nobody has tried it but yeah we'd be allowed to.
People set up a fairtrade stall this was allowed because of it being for a good reason etc.
There was this guy that used to bring lots of different sweets and drinks and sell them to people. In maths class, he'd have a small crowd of people surrounding his table as they bought stuff off him, lol. I think he was found out and was told to stop though. His bag was full of stuff. He made quite a bit of cash!
