Does any1 here lift weights/dumbells on a regular basis?
Should really be posting that here?
I do over 200 a day.
I tend to lift 15 lb dumbells 2/3 times a week?
I wish I did have weights so I could work on both my arms at the same time, but not yet!
I'm doing them atleast every other day working on different muscles mainly triceps and biceps on one day and then pectorals shoulders and neck on the other.
Yes because its the sports section and if you look in the Argos catalogue it comes under sports =)Quote:

How old are you and how tall and how much can you lift.
I haven't for about a month I suffered a football injury ac joint sepration type 2.
So I'm out for awhile I'm conditioning only for football with the heat wave it's hard...
I can't lift wieghts over my head until it's fully healed again.
I can do resisint exersises and 45 pound curls.
push ups is alittle hard on the shoulder it's getting better though.
At 14 I very much doubt it, 245 lb is 111 Kg and 180 lb is 81 Kg, thats heavy and at 14 you shouldn't even be lifting that sort of weight "/Quote:
