this forum sucks ta.

the admins and mods are so useless that it's hilarious.
they have no proper system with bans, like two people to the same thing, and have the same number of usernotes, but one will get banned for a week and the other perm or something.
Morons :)
And if you're female and flirt with an admin, then you can get unbanned whenever you want.
And what on earth is the point in the filter, and not being able to post pictures of ourselves?
Habbox has no hope in hell of ever being official, party due to the crap admins, so i don't see why it bothers.

Well actually I do see the point in not being able to post pictures. I think it's to avoid arguements. Even when we just have threads like "Post your hair" people go insane within minutes.

I do agree with somethings, but others are plain illogical. Yes, some of the admins and moderators are useless. I am yet to see some threads closed and people banned, but they haven't.

You shouldn't be able to post pictures because it's a forum that was originally created to be habbo forum? (it still is) and a lot of young people visit it..it also isn't safe for anybody to post it and don't start with ''only people that'd want would post their pictures'' bull. Children can't decide correctly sometimes..and they'll post pictures of themselves by not knowing what it'll cause. It's not safe, the end.

Personally I wouldn't mind. But still!

If anyone was to bully / insult someone; then they would no doubt be banned.
But it's because the management have chosen to obide by the Sulake rules and still stand a minor chance, of becoming an official site. Maybe not a well respected one, but a popular one.

So? It's not like we care how long some trouble maker is banned, if that person gets a perm ban we got rid of it, if the person got a week ban he'll either act better or just get banned again but a permanent this time.

When it became unofficial it became more poular than ever and habbox is doing great even without an official status. Still I disagree with it and believe me Sierk does too. There's too many pedo's on net..it's just not safe, you're safe nowhere but still it's better this way. Also it happened before a friend told me..she posted pictures and stuff on a forum a older guy PMed her..asking for her msn address she gave him it (she was young..she didn't care if he was bit older) he started asking for pics+webcam stuff and he sent certain stuff to a p0rn site. I presume you are HellyBelly and you knew full well that moving a thread to the announcements would get you in trouble. You've seen it happen last week and someone got banned, and it's in the VIP Rules not to move threads from your subforum to ANY public Forum. If you don't read the rules that's your problem, but don't think that just because you haven't read them you can be 'above' them and get away with what you want.

On the issue of photographs, yes there are perverts on the net but as Mentor said the statistics show that very few incidents relating to perverts happens through the Internet itself. Although it's a small contribution to why we don't allow you to post photos of yourself, the main reason is because people will get bullied. We've seen loads of sites that expose people along with horrible insults resulting in people wanting to leave the net e.t.c. By allowing you to add photos it's bound to happen that people will either add your photo to a site exposing you with loads of insults (because they never have anything good to say no matter how you look) or you will get bullied on the Forum, causing more arguments. (You can't say it doesn't happen because even the 'post your bodypart' threads caused loads of trouble, and that wasn't even your proper pictures.)
