Actually, those things are quite easy to do. There is a pattern that you have to follow, and once you know it, its simple. The people who can just do it rediculously fast just have a lot of time on their hands to practice.

Indeed, when you know the pattern you need to practice being quick with your hands. Then you can complete it really quick like this 6 year old did.
