Outline the eyes on the people with blue eyes.
I like Naruto's hair ;P The hair for Sasuke and Naruto are a bit big though. I think you should keep their eyes black even though it's blue in the anime cause it looks a bit strange to me.
The shading for Naruto's hair is great and I love the way you did his sandles. Other than Sasuke's hair being a bit too long at the back and Naruto's hair being a bit long, it's an amazing alt :) +Rep!

Sasuke's hair isn't that big and long, other then that, very nice. Maybe you want to add Sasuke's knives and Naruto's goggles, give Kakashi a try, try to make a alt of Sasuke and Kakashi's Shargin eye, I'm lookin forward to more Naruto alterations.
Im going to make Kakashi and Konohamaru next.
Konohamaru will have the goggles.
