Looks real to me... TBH i know you can get any email but how would you get a @habbohotel.co.uk one.
Can't you tell it's a scam? >.< They don't need your password and having V10 in your mission won't do anything. Plus, silver dragon eggs don't even exist. Someone would have spotted them in the externals by now.

It's a scam. You can easily send emails from any domain name. Someone could easily send an email from [email protected] without me knowing.
Is there a "Full headers" link in that email?
