As Ryan, I know this how:

I went into your CPANEL:
Searched around till i found the file VB.ZIP
That included a whole VB forum in
With install
I put it on my host
OMG! It said Nulled by VCT or something on install

NULLED FORUM

Your index.php ect might have a license, but its nulled
