Need a layout wth:

a banner saying - Poolradio.co.uk / background a swimming pool

a Left Column , Centre Column for content , a right column for Radio,Dj Says & Radio stats

The Layout could be in blue & White

also needs a user system login if possible

What shade of blue - light blue, dark blue, hard blue, soft blue? I think you should have a soft blue but it all comes downn to preferance doesn't it. What do you want then?

i dnt mind but something bright and what ever looks best

Any ideas where I can get a decent picture of a swimming pool to use? Al the ones I've found are crap.
