I am going to need some cheap and reliable hosting in a couple of days time.

Need
- 5 GB Space
- 50 GB Bandwidth
- cPanel X

Also Need Uploader
- Members Area were a Member can view there uploaded images and files
- Allowed Extensions = .png .psd .gif .bmp .tif .tiff .jpeg .jpe .jpg .zip
- Maximum File Size = 10 MB
- Simple Upload Field that can be put on homepage

I may do some pay but I need have to spend money on buying hosting.

I do hosting but dont have a site yet, and i could do that uploader can you pay a couple of hcs ?

Don't look on this forum look on proper hosting sites, the people on this forum wont stay up for more than an hour.
