Only VIP members are enabled to do this. However, if you would like a thread closing, either private message the moderator of the forum which you want the thread closing in, or contact a super moderator/admin to close it if the moderators are offline.

At the bottom, when you scroll down after your post. It says "close thread with post" And theres something at the top, where you can clsoe it.

Edit; The thing at the top is called "Thread Tools"
