And, i never really have trouble like that. If i like them that bad i walk up and start talking to them etc. It's easy as, but you need extreme confidence.

Well it is true that during puberty boys (aswell as girls) hormones are crazy in their body, so they do tend to think about a lot of thing's that they perhaps didn't when they were younger. ;)
Anyway yeh, I think it's quite natural to think how good looking someone is if you see them, and it's just something we all do and can't help, but it doesn't mean you need to barge up and touch her or something - we can look but not touch! ;p
Personally I'm quite a confident person, so if I like someone and wanna speak to them I would just walk up and introduce myself and take it from there... lol.

Tbh town in the middle of the day isn't the right time to approach a girl who you think is fit lols. Unless there is an icebreaker, like she drops her bag and you pick it up. Guys who approach girls in the middle of the day and seem to confident come across very badly.
