Was at the doctors again.... well this one is intresting i have dilated viens, which can burst from stress or anything that doesn't agree with me, i have several dilated viens in my nose and several in my chestal area which can burst, its not big viens which is lucky so its not as serious as first thought :)
Ahh ok, that will explain ALOT then.

they cant do much, i will most likely have it for life just dont wanna get stressed out often:D

if i had a stress ball and i was at school where you think it would end up? the teachers face most likly lol
Dont want to get stressed just ignore all irritating things that are said and keep your shoulders down.
Or if somebody is getting on your nerves just think of other things like good memories, Always makes me laugh;)
Lol, well just try expressing your stress through something soft. Just dont bottle it up and get worked up.
Moanings always a good stress relief lol, So moan away! :D

Yeh like people said, you just need to find a way to manage any stress you get and deal with it without letting it get out of control. Having a nice, warm sweet cup of tea and a chocolate biscuit always calms me down! ;] hehe!
