Your sure it isn't just the start of a spot or something? Although, if your really worried.. go see your doctor just to have it checked out :)
No, nothing to worry about, its just like a spot you'd get anywhere else like on your face. it'll clear up eventually. if its still there in a week or so i dunno see a doctor but i don't think its anything abnormal [:

My brother has something similar sounding, and it was nothing. Your doctor can prescribe some medication that will help it go away :)
Of course, it may be different to what my brother had, so get it checked out.
I had one once, and it went, and then i got another and it turned into a spot and puss came out..

I had that, it goes naturally.
If you have had that ear recently pierced that might be why. I had my second hole done and i got a weird little spot on my earlobe but it went away and all was groovy :8
Ugh i have this lump thing in my ear lobe too, but i've had ut for months now.. ;l
