i think the banner thing is a bit too big, it needs a backgroud too, maybe make the content box as wide as the frames above?

One Thing You May want To Change. Line up The Left Hand Side Of Content Box :D

theres a pixel error on the navigation box where the top of the box meets the conent bit Lol on the left side :)
