Channel 4 to be sued?!?!?

Anyone else heard this?

An independant watchdog like group who watch over channels to make sure the public aren't getting scammed are to sue Channel 4 because people payed money to get certain housemates out and they are put back in there.
The same thing happened in the boring big brother (The one Cameroon won) when John Tickle was put back in there, they sued Channel 4 for a few Million then, they have also sued int he past the channel 5 show 'Back to reality' and past show 'Survivour', intresting....

I wouldn't minded if it they were to go in just for the final week, but to win is so stupid. I hope Nikki doesn't.

Makes sense I suppose, It was a waste of peoples money in the first place ... Channel 4 would of make a few hundred thousand out of it and then all the viewers get it chucked back in their face ...

some chiefs (haha) are tlking to channel 4 too as they locked Dawn in the bedroom for the night after begging to leave the house.

Watchdogs OfCom got over 1500 complaints and according to the Sun they could be sued for up to 3 million.

Big brother has always said anything can happen and that the rules can change at anytime :S

people need to get over it. :|

Its a game show, and most of the money goes to charity, right? Well, game show / reality programme. I don't vote because it kinda is a waste of money, and at the end of the day you don't get that much out of it.

But yeah, I can understand why people who spend like loads voting for someone to go out, and they get evicted then a week or so later go back in and win, get annoyed.

They said all the money goes to charity on the ex housemate vote but when I looked at the small print it said 36p or w.e goes to charity. :s The only bad thing is that if Endemol has to refund people, then the charity some of the money goes to will be hit :(

Yeah, but I think Channel 4 should still send the right amount of money and have more to pay, its more fair, and tbh, be serious, it wont effect them that much..

Big Brother reserve the right to change rules at ANY time , I don't see why people can't accept that ;s its a game fgs and people go around complaining pfff.

I think what they ment by by change the rules at any time was regarding to inside the house

and blaster you are getting almost as annoying as Nikki

People need to get over this. Big Brothe rhas the right to change the rules at any time, and because of this reason, Big Brother won't get sued. I think Nikki should win. When Nikki was evicted, if the vote was TO SAVE, then I think Nikki would still be in there.

When Jon went back in, he couldn't win. This is different.
