They gave the Stronghold of Security to non members, so they won't be getting any more updates for a while. The members world will keep expanding, non members won't, they do it to make you want members more.
A weapon similar to the abyssal whip that raises strength.. And whip's special nerfed back to the original.

who ever thinks more freedom for non members can go home
Members pay jagex to play the game therefore we should get more stuff
non members is a free verison, therefore much worse so all you f2p who says jagex never releases aby updates for f2p, they do that because f2p is kind of like a demo, you want new updates and quests, $5 a month

Deffinatly not more freedom for nonmembers. That wouldn't be fair on Jagex... they all have to make a living out of it somehow.. therefore the pricing for members.

2. members pay to get the extra skills, items, quests and areas ect...
