get full torags and whip and a shield/defender
get 70 def then but a barrows set and go dueling =)
So I'll need to sell my glorys for the Torags =]
And get 70 defence
Erm Obby set glory rune and whip
no point in dragon because theres only like a +2 differerence between it and rune

Good def and if you got high con lvl pretty cheap to repair so overall yea its good :P

Training str use d scim and wear a warrior helm.
Training attack or defence I would suggest whip and zerker helm.
You would then choose how you'd like your stats to be, which may be even, pking or staking stats.
Pking would be High attack and str, low defence. (in most cases low prayer).
Staking high def and Att, lower strength (prayer normally lower).
Even would be keeping your stats even, seeing as you end up 99 99 99 at the end it doesn't really matter.
