You have to wait 48 hours, no refund :s.
ive waiting nearly 60 hours now!!!
You could always yank your money back using, Charge Back. (pay pal) but thats just being mean.
Be patient please, alot of changes are taking place to fourm administrators, your request for VIP will be dealt with in time.
PM the V.I.P Managers, if you paid via SMS sometimes it doesn't go through or somthing, well, that happened to me and I PM'd Baving and it got sorted.
But dont PM Baving, he isn't VIP manager anymore.

well during the time ive been waiting the v.i.p manager has changed 2 times and nvrspk hasnt been online all day
