I call the police everytime i see this as its not what the horn is ment for !
I just find it funny ... Its funny seeing what girls reactions are.
Sometimes they go all stroppy (not nice) :D
Well technically they're being illegal. Since it is against the law to "beep your horn" unless you are trying to catch the attention of an oncoming vechile (IE - you're pulling out and they don't stop to let you out after you're halfway out)..
And also harassment.. but ya'know some people get there kicks from it.. :rolleyes:

The Use of the horn is to draw attention to yourself, hence by bleeping it at people, your getting there attention. So it does actually fit what the horn is for...Quote:

Uck, I don't think it's a big deal. Cars arn't for booming music out of all windows 24/7 nearly blowing you away the volume that's high, but everyone seems to condone that.
