It is a good idea. But Freewebs isnt the best site to us. You could put a site together on a program as simple as word, and upload it using a hosting site such as awardspace or possibly freewebs.
But you will certainly make money if they accept your site :)

I wouldnt use paypopup just use contextual ads, popups = make visitors going away especially on a hosting company and you need a lot of visitors to mae anything anyway they pay like 0.01=5p a popup.
