I completely respect other races, and I can't actually see the sig now, but I think I get the jist of it. - Some (not all) black people call eachother by names considered racist if a white person called them it.

I'm sure its funny if Wootzeh posted it but can kinda understand what its all about. People need to lighten up and find some humour in themselves. I'm sure most of you have heard them use this term in rap before. If the picture is using the term for a funny expresioin then its not racist. If the picture is describing it as a racial expression in a hatefull term then it probably would be considered racist.
The modern term for the 'N' word nowdays is used by Africans/Jamaicans because its another expression of 'brother' or 'relative' because they are of the same ethnicity.
