Xs can get banned. One I know got banned :) of course, it was lifted as it was unfair. But if they break rules, they get banned like anyone else.

X's can be banned if they did something bad.
The X Guide clearly states if an X breaks any rule at any time they not only are banned from Habbo but also instantly loose their badge.

There just like any normal Habbo, if they break the Habbo way they will be banned..
Everyone can be banned even people with staff badges. By "I can't be banned" he probabl meant "I can't be banned if I have done nothing."

The dude in the orange top kept asking over and over in whisper "can you recommend me 2 lost_witness?? pllzzzz recommend me 2 lost_witness"
After 2 minutes of saying "I can't" he then said in whisper that if I don't recommend him to Lost_Witness he will report me and get me perm banned. So obviously I can't be banned for that... so thats why I said "Go ahead, I can't get banned." I didn't mean that I can't be banned if I break the habbo way, because I can. I said it because I can't get banned for that reason.

I remember ione mentioning to me and a couple of other people that Daisy had banned her account by mistake (or something to that extent) and she spent a while trying to get back online.
