To be honest they are ugly.
The habbo one looks like you have taken parts from different sites and made it.
overall; Please stop with the page flip, it doesnt fit in.
1)
- @main box u didnt use new layers, u just copied a box and enlarged it, wich makes it look stretched (pixelated)
- @banner box, u copied the horizontal bar from a small box, and its a gradient, so by pasting it several times next eachother, u get a strange view.
- Link buttons dont seem to have the same theme as ur other boxes.
2)
- Looks unfinished.
- All the white gives a 'blanc' kind if look.
- The blue bars dont go all the way to the top. They suddenly stop at some point.
- Theres pixel errors.

advice
1)
- At the main box, make new layers, dont just copy a box and stretch it.
- At the banner, the horizontal bars, use ONE gradient that flows nicely.
- U have put a blue bar at the right, i would put one at the left to.
- Use the same sort of style at the buttons.
- And again, get rid of the massive outer border.
2)
- Use more colour.
- Fix the pixel errors.
- Add vertical bars at the top (techy) part. so it forms a block for the navigation or ... .
