I think it's I(4space)n(5space)I i've seen on RSC who had it at 56 cb.
Erm theres a lvl 52 or sumit
but my friend jay cairns was lvl 72 when he got his hes 89 range and 86 mage
Lowest I've seen was 62.
55 I think, I was a pest control, he had a red phat aswell ^^
