gah it's killing.

what can I do to stop it from hurting/make it heal quickly? any help please x[

apparently if you gargle salt water its meant to stop the sore throat (ive never tried it and never would but thats whta ive heard :P)

Yeah will carry on to do so but as I said I've taken 5 today and it's still the same.

Thanks for your help and hopefully some more 'remedies' come along from members ;D

What helps is drinking hot soup with pepper inside, or having honey with pepper or, gargling with salt water like seacat says. I currently have a sore throat and cold, and that's what im doing and it's healing.

When I have a sore throat I find it easier to drink constantly and normally go to sleep cus it normally feels better after a sleep for me :p

A Good Old Sleep normally does the trick for me. And i think, Hot drinks. They seem to help me for some reason.

when i was like seven, my grandpa gave me whisky one time when i had a bad sore throat

it buurrrned but it went away :p
