Habbo Not Working - Need help

When I go on the Habbo page and click "Check In" the pop-up window appears but with a shockwave installation window. Most of the time the bar doesn't load up a bit but sometimes it reaches about 3/4 of the way and asks for installation language. After choosing the installation language the bar does not move any further and no new installation windows appear.

I have tried downloading shockwave directly from adobe but have been faced with the same problem.
I have also tried system restore with no luck.
It's doing my head in :eusa_wall

What Browser are you using?

Over how long has this been happening?

Have you tried clicking the "login" word instead of the check in button?

Also, what do you click when it asks about installing the language thing? That could be something to do with it.

I'm using internet explorer and I think its been happening for about a month now...but I havent really bothered becasue I was playing runescape:p

When the language selection appears
I click
"English (US)" and then "OK"
The same problem occurs if I click login

I'll try and get some screenshots if it would help

How do I check my current Active X setting and what should they be changed to if they are incorrect?

I don't think the installation window is opening fully as when I go Task manager I can see Shockwave Installation in the processes menu.

I have just found out that when I look under the processes menu in Task Manager I can see the Shockwave Installation file running but the installation window doesn't appear for some reason.

Anyone have any ideas?
