The SMS credit section doesn't register the codes you put it, just says Technical error after ages.. Thats what they're fixing.
Like Ryan said, it'll be them fixing the credits problem.
Don't think it's a new version as uk staff wont be at work...
And when releasing a new version, they let staff test it, and then finish the maintenance break
V10/11 or wateva could be possibly coming they've closed the main site like they do when there putting a massive articlke on the site up. this has happened a few times recently.
It could be v10 ORRRR there bandwith might have exceeded :'(
