7-7.5k each normally. Lost city is pretty easy, you shouldnt need at level 83. (Im assuming thats you in the sig :P)

Green dragons are probly best for you for level 3's but there in wildy so dont take all your best items. You could do greater demons easily aswell.
Dagganoths are good for level 2's, other lower level things drop them aswell like guards, ice warriors.

Np, you can get full lists of clue droppers on runescape websites so you can choose which monsters you'd prefer to kill yourself. Theres a lot more than I listed :P
