HabboTV - use a webcam to broadcast yourself and instead of playing songs - play DVD's etc.

There's nothing that we can suggest.
It's unique ideas that go through - most have already been done;
Forums, radios, user systems etc.
And once you have a unique idea it gets pirated :(
