The infamous Greenhand

Ok i know someone mentioned about seeing someone in the Welcome Lounge called Greenhand who had a VIP Badge :o!
Well..if you look him up on the Console.. his c/m is "H&S Coming Your Way."
So what's H&S? Health and Safety? Also, search his name on nav, and lots of locked rooms.. unnamed... so most probs all done up etc just ready to do a quest or something. ANYWAY!! Yeah i figured diz out. Greenhand Safety is a H&S Company :P It looks like a new event, which fansites could well get involved with to promote H&S.. and tbh, about the room thing. I only realised the rooms were there like a few days ago while searching random peoples names as i was bored. :')
