Able to kick in all rights rooms again?

I was in a room just now and it was a room where every 1 has rights and i was able to kick!

Has this problem been fixed?

Or is this old news?

No not realy kick wars isant exactly my idea of fun. Yeah its ok but i dnt spend all day playing it.
