Z Shelf stacking - Disabled

I logged on habbo today and was trying to stack with Z shelfs it wouldn't work so I assumed it has been disabled I cfh and asked if it had and recieved this reply:

I replied and asked when it will be back to normal and recieved this reply :

I hope this helps with people who are confused with whats happening.
