I got 18 infractions, been banned for like 4 weeks in total since September, and have only got like 3 infractions in October.

You shouldn't get banned if you only 3 infractions since the last time you got banned.
If you use the contact us form it will be lifted. :)
It might have been a mistake by one of the super moderators or administrators. If you use the contact us form, an administrator will take a look and if it was a mistake, then the ban will be lifted.
They don't get read for ages.
Last time, I didn't get a reply, and many people I know didn't.
It's a 2 week ban, on the user "Callum."

You had a total of 18 infractions and there isn't any record of any previous bans on that account, therefore a ban on it was efficent for constant rule breaking.
When do bans expire?
It should tell you that when you login on that account. Something like -Quote:

Never I don't think. Every time you are banned/cautioned a "Ban Usernote" is written with details on when and why you were/are banned I believe.
Well i've been banned for a week a few times, and now im banned on Callum. for 2 weeks.
You have not been banned in the past on the account Callum. and therefore you received an adequate ban.
Just because you were maybe banned on a previous account, doesn't excuse you from receiving a ban due to your constant rule breaking on another account. If you have already received a ban for the offences in question, then fair enough the ban isn't correct, but if it's for completely different things on different accounts, then it doesn't count.
You will be informed when your ban expires when you log on. Also, the record of them never expires. Each time someone is banned/cautioned you are given a usernote for future reference of the ban, to prevent re-banning for the same offences several times.
